If this helps in here will be a little bit more about my windows 7. My other games work, just not Sid Meier's Civilization Beyond Earth. When I try it does not say ANYTHING, it does not say anything like Error 0xc000007b or anything else. Sid Meier's Civilization Beyond Earth wont even start.

Some people have reported needing to run one or more of the redists that come with the game affected (such as a vc redist) you may have to select a 'repair' option when you run them.
